At Emerald Management & Realty Ltd., we require that all resident managers attend an orientation session which trains them to deal with fire, elevator emergencies, plumbing breaks and a multitude of other serious situations that may arise. In addition, all managers are required to be familiar with the Residential Tenancies Act and the Seizures Act.
